Ernest Edward Johnson

April 28, 1916 - June 15, 2006

Ernest Edward Johnson, age 90, of Foxboro, died Thursday June 15, at the Franklin Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was the son of the late Richard E. and Marie (Comeau) Johnson.

Ernest was born in Burlington, Vermont on April 28, 1916. He was a retired television technician and was the owner and operator of Johnson TV of Dedham. He was an active member of the Hockomock YMCA of North Attleboro and enjoyed spending time on the Beaches in Plymouth.

Former husband of Marjorie E. (Fellows) Johnson of Wrentham. Loving father of Richard E. Johnson of Mansfield, Stephen P. Johnson of Berwick, ME and Mark J. Montgomery of Plymouth. Brother of Frances Whightman of South Easton. Also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral Information

Calling hours are omitted. The gathering at the funeral home will be private. Friends and relatives are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Tuesday June 20, at 9:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church, Carpenter Street, Foxboro.
