Josephine Mary (Cisternelli) Carbonetti age 89 of Foxboro and Lake Worth, FL died unexpectedly Saturday, November 17, 2007. Josephine was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Gemma (Omograsso) Cisternelli.

Josephine was born on May 19, 1918 in Roxbury. She was a graduate of Norwood High School. Josephine married her husband Aldo J. Carbonetti at St. Catherine’s Church in Norwood on September 29, 1940. She worked for over 30 years as an assembler at the Foxboro Company until her retirement in 1968. Josephine was a Charter Member of the Foxboro Country Club.

Beloved wife of the late Aldo J. Carbonetti. Loving sister Gilda Keenan of NH, Shirley Reardon of Walpole, William Cisternelli of Foxboro, Edward Cisternelli of Walpole, Guido Cisternelli of Attleboro and the late Sylvia Varjian, Alba Maroney, Julia Sankey and Emma McMaster. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours from 4 to 7 pm on Friday, November 23 at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxboro. A Funeral Procession will gather at the Funeral Home on Saturday, November 24 at 10 am. Followed by an interment service at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Mansfield.
