Gayetano Joseph Carrunchio Jr.

May 21, 1940 - November 25, 2006

Gayetano was born in Boston on May 21, 1940 and attended Hyde Park High School. He has been a resident of South Easton for the past five month’s, formerly of Foxboro and Sharon.

For over 40 years he was a diesel mechanic. For many years he was a diesel mechanic for Leidtka Trucking Company in Norwood. Before Leidtka he worked for the Davey Tree Company in Needham.

Gayetano was a devoted husband , father and grandfather. He also was a motorcycle enthusiast.

Beloved husband of Ruth Marie (Victoria) Carrunchio. Loving father of Kevin Carrunchio and Ann Powell of South Easton and Anita Johnson and her husband Peter of Berne, NY. Devoted grandfather of Toni, Christopher, Ronnie, Daniel, Ashley and the late Lisa.
