Mrs. Jean Marie Rea
April 24, 1331 - August 16, 2010
Beloved Mother and Grandmothoer Foxborough-Rea, Jean Marie, age 79, died on August 16, 2010 at the Caritas Norwood Hospital. She was the wife of the late Harry R. Rea.
Jean was born in Boston on April 24, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary M. (Young) MacQuarrie. She was a graduate of Foxborough High School, Class of 1949. Jean and her husband Harry were married in Boston on March 31, 1950. She has been a Foxborough resident for the past 63 years.
Jean worked for many years as a calibrator for the Foxborough Company. She enjoyed tending to her gardens and growing house plants. She loved spending time with her family.
Jean is survived by her three sons; Harry R. Rea III of Silver Springs, MD, Robert S. Rea of Brewster and Bradford S. Rea of North Dartmouth, her two sisters; Sally Yadlowski of North Carolina and Gayl McNally of Maine, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
