Clara Ella (Boynton) Wilson of Navarre, Florida and formerly of Foxboro died unexpectedly at the Baptist Hospital in Pensacola.

Clara was born in Mansfield on October 22, 1922 the daughter of Charles and Mary (Tucker) Boynton. She was a graduate of Mansfield High School. She worked at the First National Store in Foxboro and later worked as a Bookkeeper for the Avon Corporate office in Mansfield. She was active with the Foxboro Senior Center. She loved to travel, line dancing, she was accomplished in crocheting and knitting. She loved playing cards and creating stained glass projects.

Clara was the wife of the late Evan A. Wilson who died in October of 1975. She is survived by her children, John Wilson of Alabama, Ellen Elliott of Norton, Sherry and her husband Stephen Vale of Mansfield, Patricia Johnson of Navarre, Florida and Jeffrey Wilson of Maryland. Clara is also survived by her Grandchildren, Joshua, Stephanie, Allyson, Matthew, Kathleen, Patrick, Andrea and the late Elizabeth and 2 Great Grandchildren, Evan and Alexis. She is also survived by her brother Edwin Boynton of Maryland, and her sister, Mary Ellen Churchill of Florida. She was the sister of the late Ruth Roderick and Edith Sullivan.

Funeral Information

Calling hours are omitted. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service on Wednesday October 21, 2009 at 11 AM in the meeting house of Bethany Congregational Church 3 Rockhill Street, Foxboro. Burial will follow at Rock Hill Cemetery in Foxboro. Arrangements are by Roberts & Sons Funeral Home 30 South St. Foxboro.
