Lillian Mae Hansen

April 20, 1930 - March 21, 2007

Devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother

Lillian Mae Hansen, age 76, died unexpectedly on March 21, 2007 at the Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cocoa Beach Florida. She was the daughter of the late James B. and Agnes (Kirkton) Power.

Lillian was born in Wrentham on April 20, 1930 and was a graduate of Wrentham High School Class of 1947. Lillian married her husband Harvey on April 14, 1951 at the Original Congregational Church in Wrentham. From 1972 to 1986 she was a special needs aid for the Foxboro Public School System. She was a long time member of the Easter Chapter Order of the Eastern Star in Foxboro and a member of the Bethany Congregational Church in Foxboro.

Beloved wife of Harvey Hansen. Loving mother of Donna Bailey of Billerica, Nancy Boucher of Fryeberg, ME and Brenda and her husband Michael Cavallo of Plymouth. Sister of Murial Wiklund of North Attleboro, Evelyn Arnold of Tamarack, FL, James Power Jr. of Gilmanton, NH and the late Ethel Gazzola. Also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral Information

Friends and relatives are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, March 28, from 4-8 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home 30 South Street in Foxboro. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10 AM at the Bethany Congregational Church, 3 Rock Hill Street in Foxboro. A collation will be held in the church vestry following the funeral service.
