Florence A. Fisher

Florence Adella (Havens) Fisher, age 89, of Foxboro died at her home on Wednesday, January 9, 2008. Florence was the daughter of the late Harry and Cleora Lois (Satterlee) Havens.

Florence was born on April 2, 1918 in Leaf Valley, MN. She was a graduate of Alexandria High School in MN and attended Wheaton Business School in IL. She was employed by Sears and Roebuck as a clerk for thirty two years. She married her late husband, Grant Fisher on September 11, 1943 in Villapark, IL. Florence was a member of the TOPS/KOPS Club from 1966 to 2004 and the Cheer Club through Church from 1989 to 2004.

Florence loved music, enjoyed playing the organ for her own enjoyment and sang in church for many years. She also enjoyed Scrabble and playing cards.

Beloved wife of the late Grant Fisher. Loving mother of Robert Fisher of AZ and Janice Fisher of Foxboro. Grandmother of 5 and great grandmother of four. Sister of Charles Havens and Clifford Havens, both of CA.

Funeral Information
