Loving Mother and Grandmother

Alma Marie (Hersey) Hill, age 89, of North Attleboro died, Monday, December 25. She was the daughter of the late Frank E. and Ellen A. (Lawson) Hersey. Alma was the wife of the late Gerald B. Hill.

Alma was born on July 8, 1917 in Hopedale, MA. Alma was a graduate of Hopedale Public Schools and Framingham Teacher’s College. She was a Red Sox fan and was very active in the First Baptist Church of Foxboro.

Alma was the loving mother of David Hill of Foxboro and the late Alan Hill. Beloved sister of Eleanor Lawson of Missouri. Grandmother of eight, including the late David Hill, Jr. and great grandmother of eight.

Funeral Information

Friends and relatives are cordially invited to calling hours on Thursday, December 28 from 4 to 7 pm at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxboro. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 29 at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Hopedale cemetery, Hopedale, MA.
