Beloved Wife and Mother Foxborough – Kerry Anne (Teehan) Abdou, age 45, died unexpectedly Friday, July 3, 2009. Kerry was the daughter of the late Timothy and Sandra (Delay) Teehan.
Kerry was born on May 20, 1964 in Boston and was a graduate of Dedham High School. Kerry married her husband Richard Abdou on May 25, 1986 at St. Mary’s Church in Dedham. Kerry received teacher’s aide training at Penn Foster and for many years was a home daycare provider. She worked most recently as a substitute teacher in the Foxboro Public Schools. Kerry was an avid reader and loved all types of music. She especially enjoyed decorating her home and was actively involved in her children’s lives.
Beloved wife of Richard Abdou of Foxborough. Devoted mother of Brian R. and Kelli E. Abdou, both of Foxborough. Daughter in law of David Abdou, Sr. of Foxborough and the late Lillian Abdou. Sister of Joseph Teehan and his wife Katherine of Bellingham, Sandra Sullivan of Derry, NH, Kimberly Teehan of Attleboro and the late Susan Millin. Sister in law of David and his wife Lois Abdou of Westwood, William and his wife Martine Abdou of FL and Patricia Elliott of Wrentham. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Information
Friends and relatives are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, July 8 from 4 to 8 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxborough. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 9 at 9 AM at St. Mary’s Church, Carpenter Street, Foxborough. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemtery, Foxborough.
