Dennis P. Moody

April 02, 1952 - January 31, 2006

New England Teamster and Trucking Member

Dennis Paul Moody, age 53, a North Attleboro resident for the past 12 years, died on Tuesday January 31 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington surrounded by the comfort of his loving family. He was the son of the late Lester Roy and Verna Elizabeth (Monaghan) Moody.

Dennis was born in Winthrop on April 2, 1952. He was a long time Brockton resident where he graduated from high school Class of 1969 and attended Massasoit Community College. He married his wife Susan (Callahn) at the Easton Unitarian Church on February 11, 1994.

Dennis was a driver for B.F.I of Quincy for the past four years and was a member of the New England Teamsters and Trucking Union. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid golfer. He was a dedicated and loving Husband and Father.

Beloved husband of Susan Elizabeth (Callahan) Moody. Loving father of Samantha Elizabeth and Mycala Susan Moody of North Attleboro. Brother of Philip G. Moody of Winthrop and Kathi M. Harris and Patricia A. Overy both of Brockton. Son in-law of Jeremiah Callahan of North Attleboro, Elizabeth Brenton of Foxboro and the late Francis Brenton

Funeral Information

Friends and relatives are kindly invited to attend calling hrs on Friday February 3, from 3-5 and 7-9 at the Roberts & Sons Funeral Home 30 South Street Foxboro. Funeral Saturday at 10 am at the Church of Emanuel Christian and Missionary Alliance, 106 Central Street Foxboro. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in North Attleboro.
