Devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather.

John W. Clarke, PMP "Jack", age 64, of North Attleboro, MA, formerly of Foxboro, MA, died on Sunday, September 28, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer

Beloved husband of Frances Clarke and predeceased by his first wife, Carol Fennelly Clarke. Caring father to Michael David Clarke of Portland, OR, daughter Jennifer Clarke Meyer and husband Eric Meyer of Windham, NH. Thoughtful step father to Julie M. Nicoletti of Walpole, MA and R. Vito Nicastro, Jr. of Dover, MA and loving grandfather to four step granddaughters. Son of the late John Newcomb Clarke and Vivian Force (Wallace) Clarke. Brother to Rev. Jack was born on June 11, 1944 in Ellsworth, ME. He graduated from University of Maine at Orono with a degree in Engineering Physics and was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. Jack was very active with St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Foxboro, singing in the choir, serving as treasurer and being a part of both the vestry and building committee. Jack was also a loyal, hard-working employee at the Foxboro Company/Invensys for over 35 years, serving as project manager for many flagship engagements, including projects such as Reliance in India, Eli Lilly in Indiana and managing the high-profile Intelligent Automation launch at the 1988 ISA show, often receiving many accolades for exemplary service along the way.

In Jack's spare time, he enjoyed vegetable gardening, playing the violin and simply being with friends and family. But most importantly, Jack was a loving person who embraced life and was adored by anyone who met him. He made everyone feel comfortable and will be sorely missed by all.
