Mr. Harry J. Cederlund

September 09, 1908 - August 10, 2009

Foxborough-Harry James Cederlund, age 100, died on Monday, August 10, 2009 at the Ellis Nursing Center in Norwood. He was the husband of the late Mable A. (Hansen) Cederlund and son of the late George and Dora M. (Wilkins) Cederlund.

Harry was born in Lynn on September 9, 1908 and was educated in Mansfeild Schools. He married his wife Mabel at her parents home in Foxborough on August 20, 1932.
He has been a resident of Foxborough for the past 77 years.

Harry worked for the Foxboro Company for over 44 years and retired as a toolmaker in 1973. He was an automobile enthusiast and was proud of the fact that he built his own home in Foxborough. Harry was a long time member of the Bethany Congregational Church in Foxborough.

Loving uncle of Roy and Debra Chambers of Milton, Edward and Pat Rogers of CT, Al and Linda Paille of RI, David and Judy Chambers of Taunton and Barbara and Pete Mitchell of NH.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a visitation on Friday at 10 AM at the Roberts & Sons Funeral Home 30 South St. in Foxborough followed by a Funeral Service at 11 AM at the Bethany Congregational Church, 3 Rockhill St. in Foxborough .Interment to follow at Rock Hill Cemetery in Foxborough.
