David Michael Blanchette

David Michael Blanchette, age 43, died suddenly at his home in Plainville. He was a former long time Foxboro resident.

Born in Somerville, on April 2, 1962. He was a graduate of Southeastern Regional Vocational High School in S. Easton, MA. David worked for the past fifteen years as a sales representative for East Coast Carpet of Plainville. He was an avid golfer and scuba diver. He was also an avid sports enthusiast and outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time along the Cape Cod Canal. He was a devoted father and son and brother.

Devoted father of Matthew Ryan and Ryan David Blanchette, both of Plainville and Blackstone. Beloved son of Donald Blanchette and his wife Minh of Foxboro and the late Margaret M. (Bobowiec) Blanchette. Loving brother of Mark and his wife Wendy Blanchette of Mansfield. Adoring uncle of Michael and Danielle Blanchette of Mansfield. Dear friend of Shannon Roy of Foxboro.

Funeral Information

Calling hours will be held Monday, June 13 from 5 to 8 pm at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxboro. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, June 14 at 9 am at St. Mary’s Church, Carpenter Street, Foxboro. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Mechanic Street, Foxboro.
