Theresa B. Irwin

Theresa B. (Joyce) Irwin, died at her home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, July 1. She was the daughter of the late Patrick F. and Mary (Kerrigan) Joyce.

Theresa was born in Boston on February 11, 1938. She was a graduate of Cardinal Cushing High School of Boston, Class of 1956. Theresa and her late husband, John J. Irwin, Jr. were married at St. Matthew’s Church in Dorchester on September 14, 1963. Theresa was a devoted mother and grandmother.

Devoted mother of Theresa A. and her husband Daniel Sheridan of Mansfield, Joan M. Irwin of Foxboro, Diane F. Irwin of Mansfield and John J. Irwin III and his wife Jessica of Attleboro. Cherished grandmother of Kathleen T. Sheridan. Loving sister of Philip Joyce of Barrington, IL, Patrick F. Joyce of Quincy, Margaret Fox of Norwood and Mary Gould of Quincy.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend services for Theresa at 8 am on Wednesday, July 6 from the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxboro followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 am at St. Mary’s Church, Carpenter Street, Foxboro. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Foxboro. Calling hours are omitted.
