Ruth Berry McMullen

Devoted Mother and Grandmother Foxboro – Ruth (Berry) McMullen, age 99, died on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at her home in Foxboro surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Inga (Johnson) Berry.
Ruth was born on May 24, 1908 in Boise, ID. Ruth and her husband Robert Spencer McMullen were married on December 30, 1933 in Minneapolis, MN. She was employed as a bookkeeper by the Town of Arlington Heights, IL.
Ruth enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a golfer and bridge player. Ruth was also noted by her family for her great sense of humor. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Foxboro.
Ruth was the wife of the late Robert Spencer McMullen. Loving mother of Robert S. McMullen, Jr. of Mentor, OH, Richard J. McMullen of Woodland Hills, CA, Betty Evans and her husband Carl of Columbus, OH, Marcia Hayes and her husband G. W. of Dallas, TX, Kathy Foell and her husband Lynn of Foxboro and Sharon McMullen Orlet and her husband Daniel of St. Louis, MO. Sister of the late Myrtle Wenlund. Also survived by sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
