Mary A. Cicciu

June 10, 1911 - November 10, 2006

Mary A. (DiMambro) Cicciu age 95 died at Caritas Norwood hospital on Friday November 10.

Mary was born in Brighton on June 10, 1911 and was the daughter of the late Biagio and Maria (Todesco) DiMambro.

Mary graduated from Brighton High School class of 1927. She moved to Foxboro from Brighton in 1947. She had been a volunteer at the Boyden Library. Mary was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Foxboro where she was a member of the Woman’s Guild. She was a seamstress for many years at Morrill Craft Company of Boston. More recently she was a clerical aide at HESCO in Foxboro. Mary loved to crochet and to sew.

Mary leaves one son Charles W. Cicciu and a daughter Marie A. Cook both of Foxboro and a daughter Charlotte J. Blanche of Stamford, CT. She is also survived by her sister Julie Santangelo of Medford as well as 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Funeral Information

Funeral on Tuesday November 14 at 9:00 am from the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home 30 South Street followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 at St. Mary’s Church Carpenter at Church Streets Foxboro. Calling Hours on Monday 2-4 & 7-9PM. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Foxboro.
