Jean C. (Clark) Ford, age 84, of Foxborough, died on January 30, 2008 at the Charlwell House in Norwood. She was the wife of the late Virgil T. Ford. Born on August 5, 1923, in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Harold A. and Edna P. (Stauffer) Clark. Mrs. Ford graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School Class of 1941. She was also a graduate of the College of William and Mary Class of 1945. She and her husband Virgil were married at the Wren Chapel at the College of William and Mary on June 2, 1945. In 1975 she completed a summer session at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Mrs. Ford was a Homemaker in Norfolk, VA for over 40 years and was a secretary for the Norfolk, VA Public Schools. She was also a bank teller in Walpole. She was active in church choirs with her husband Virgil as Choir Director. She was also a member of the A.A.U.W. In 1957, Mrs. Ford was a finalist in the “Mrs. Virginia” Pageant. Loving mother of V. Taylor Ford, Jr.of Foxborough, David K. Ford of CA, and Donna J. Miller of CT. Devoted grandmother of Jason Kilburn and Nolan Miller of CT and Carllee Ford of Foxborough. Great grandmother of Olivia and Matthew Kilburn. Funeral InformationRelatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, February 3, from 2-4 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxborough. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 4, at 11 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
