Catherine J. Milhomme

Beloved Mother and Grandmother

Foxborough-Catherine J. Milhomme, age 82, died at her home on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 surrounded by the comfort of her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Milhomme and daughter of the late Edward and Anna F. (McCarthy) Manning.

Catherine was born on May 9, 1927 in Boston and was a long time resident of Jamaica Plain. She and Bill were married on June 15, 1947 at Our Lady of Lord’s Church in Jamaica Plain. She has been a resident of Foxborough since 1956.

Catherine was a cook and housekeeper at the St. Mary’s Church Rectory in Foxborough for over 21 years. She retired in 2000. She loved caring for and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Loving mother of William T. Milhomme and his wife Donna of Foxborough, Edward F. Milhomme and his wife Kate of Acton, Catherine A. and her husband Paul Morlock of Derry, NH, Cynthia M McGovern of Mansfield and the late Thomas M. Milhomme. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, February 7, from 1-4 PM at the Roberts & Sons Funeral Home, 30 South St., Foxborough. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10 AM at St. Mary’s Church, 53 Carpenter St. in Foxborough. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Foxborough.
