Albertina (Carlson) Keller (Abby), age 91, died peacefully on Monday July 16, 2007 at Highgate Manor in Dedham. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Lillian (Brown) Carlson and sister of the late Lillian Burke, the late Katherine Nevitte and the late Burt Carlson. Albertina was the wife of the late William Gebert Keller for 45 years and is survived by one daughter Elizabeth McElman and her husband Ronald of Norwood and one grandson, Ronald William McElman and his wife Kristine. She is survived by her very best friend Marion Shute of Foxboro. Albertina was born on May 13, 1916 in Atlantic City, New Jersey where she attended Atlantic City Public Schools. Albertina was an excellent saleslady for Woodward & Lothrop in Washington, DC. She was a cafeteria cashier in Washington, DC for NASA, CIA and retired as a cafeteria cashier for GTE in Needham, MA. Abby was an active member of the Church of the Nazarene since the 1940’s in Philadelphia, Washington, DC and Walpole, MA. She was an active member of the Union Church of South Foxboro for 24 years where she enjoyed the Ladies Bible Study Group. She was a long time resident of Carl Annon Court in Foxboro and was active in the Leisure Learning Program at the Bethany Congregational Church.
