Charles Woodbury

July 20, 1945 - September 02, 2010

U. S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War

Foxborough – Charles “Chuck” Woodbury, age 65, died unexpectedly at home on September 2, 2010. He was the son of the late Charles and Agnes (Martin) Woodbury.

Chuck was born on July 20, 1945 in Quincy, MA. He was a graduate of North Quincy High School, Class of 1964. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during Vietnam. He received an associate’s degree from Quincy Junior College and a bachelor of science degree from Boston State College. He was employed as a computer programmer for EDS and HP Enterprise Services. He married his wife Rosemary (Ellis) on June 29, 1974 at the Episcopal Parish of Saint Chrysostom in Quincy. Chuck was a Mason and an Eagle Scout.

Beloved husband of Rosemary (Ellis) Woodbury. Devoted godfather of Beth Fitzpatrick of Sharon, MA.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, September 9 from 4 to 7 pm at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxborough. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 10 at 10 am at the Episcopal Parish of Saint Chrysostom, 1 Linden Street, Quincy, MA. Interment to follow at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree, MA.
