Dorothy G. Heidemann

Hicksville-Dorothy G. Heidemann, age 85, died on Monday, May 11, 2009 at the Emerson Hospital in Concord, Massachusetts.

Dorothy was born in Manhattan on August 2, 1923. She attended St. Joseph’s School and graduated from Julia Richmond High School in Manhattan. She and her husband Richard were married on April 28, 1945 at St. Joseph Church in Manhattan. She and her husband celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary just two weeks ago.

Dorothy was an executive assistant for Grumman Aerospace for over 25 years. She retired in 1986. She and her husband were active members of the Grumman Retiree Club.
Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Beloved wife of Richard L. Heidemann. Loving mother of K. Scott Heidemann and his fiancée Pauline E. Kelly of Belmont, MA and Steven R. Heidemann and his wife Merle of East Lansing, MI. Devoted grandmother of Zachary and Fredrick Heidemann.
