Marjorie C. Lovely

May 21, 1914 - June 12, 2010

Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother

Foxborough-Marjorie Christine (Robinson) Lovely, age 96, died on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the Epoch Senior Health Care in Norton surrounded by the comfort of her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Christina (Bartlett) Robinson.

Marjorie was born in Boston on May 21, 1914. She attended Foxborough Public Schools. She and her husband Cleveland were married at St. Mary’s Church in Mansfield

Marjorie worked as an assembler at the Foxborough Company for over 36 years until retiring in 1980. A communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Foxborough, she was a member of the St. Mary’s Women’s Auxiliary. She was a member of the Foxborough Company’s 10 and 25 Year Club’s and was a member of the O.E.S. Easter Chapter in Foxborough. She also was a member of the Harmony Club. She was a volunteer for the FISH program in Foxborough and a volunteer at the Southwood Hospital in Norfolk.

Wife of the late Cleveland J. Lovely and Emerson S. Conrad. Beloved mother of Peter Lovely and his wife Ann of Foxborough. Loving grandmother of John Lovely and his wife Kelly of Foxborough, Jeffrey Lovely and his wife Andrea of Foxborough and Susan Terrio and her husband Christopher of Ontario, Canada. Also survived by 9 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Lawrence Robinson of CA and the late Richard Robinson , Martha McGoldrick, Elizabeth Robinson, William Robinson and Theodore Robinson.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, June 15 from 4 to 7 pm at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street in Foxborough. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am on Wednesday at St. Mary’s Church in Foxborough. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
