David G. Amoling

February 09, 1941 - June 27, 2008

Talented Craftsman

Mansfield-David G. Amoling, age 67, died after a long illness at his home in Mansfield on Friday, June 27. David was the son of the late Carl R. and Claire M. (Fettig) Amoling.

David was born on February 9, 1941 in Norwood. He attended Hyde Park High High School and was a graduate of Boston Trade School in 1959. He also attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He was employed as a designer at the Foxboro Company. He enjoyed carpentry, hunting and fishing. He was a talented craftsman and built a home in Plymouth.

David is survived by his sons, David C. Amoling of Manomet and Jonathan and his wife Heather of Plymouth. Brother of Richard C. Amoling of Attleboro and Barbara L. Mordini of Walpole. Grandfather of West M. Amoling of Plymouth.

Funeral Information

Family and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, July 2 from 12 – 2 pm at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxboro. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm immediately following calling hours at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Rock Hill Cemetery, Foxboro.
