Deborah J. Landers
November 13, 1968 - July 15, 2008
Child Care Specialist Norwood-Deborah J. Landers, age 39, died on Tuesday July 15, 2008 at the Caritas Norwood Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
Deborah was born in Norwood on November 13, 1968. She was a former Norton and Foxborough resident and was a graduate of Foxborough High School Class of 1988.
In 1990 Deborah earned her Child Care Certificate at New York University. She was a resident of Brookview Circle in Norwood, where she loved her neighbors and friends.
Deborah was a nanny for the Krug family in Walpole. She loved and adored caring for Emma and Abby Krug. She was extremely family oriented and loved spending time with her family and friends, most especially at Old Silver Beach in Falmouth.
Deborah was a very proud aunt and loved her niece and nephew, Graham and Bethany like they were her own. She loved animals and cherished her cat, Tasha. She was a member of Springboard Organization in Dedham.
Deborah was an avid gardener and loved Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.
Beloved daughter of Linda Landers-Robinson of Foxborough and Frank J. Landers and his wife Judith of Anthem, AZ and stepdaughter of William Robinson of Medford. Loving sister of Frank J. Landers Jr. and his companion Julie Nee of Dorchester, Lee Ann and her husband Christopher Lewis of Concord, NH and Lisa and her husband Brad Christiensen of AZ. Granddaughter of Doris Poch of Dedham. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral Information
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Friday, July 18, from 5-9 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home 30 South St. in Foxborough. A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 AM at St. Marks Episcopal Church, 116 South St. in Foxborough.
