Laura Elizabeth Brigandi

March 30, 1959 - July 20, 2006

Laura Elizabeth Brigandi, age 47, died unexpectedly on July 20, 2006 at her home in Foxboro. She was the daughter of Lorraine (Ragucci) Lightner of Foxboro and the late Frank H. Lightner.

Laura was born in Boston on March 30, 1959 and was a former resident of Wrentham, Walpole, Norton and Pawtucket. She was a graduate of Norton High School Class of 1977. She married her late husband John Brigandi on September 29, 1979 at St. John the Evangelist Church in North Chelmsford.

Laura was an award winning poet and an avid writer. She loved the outdoors and was a devoted mother, daughter and sister.

Beloved Mother of Audra Elizabeth Brigandi of Foxboro. Sister of Steven Lightner, Maureen Lightner-Hanson, Jan Lightner-Flynn and the late Gary and William Lightner. Laura was also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Thursday July 27, from 5-8 PM at the Roberts & Sons Funeral Home 30 South St. Foxboro.
