Ida B. Greenleaf

September 13, 1916 - November 28, 2011

Beloved Mother and Grandmother

Middleborough-Ida B. Greenleaf, age 95, died on Monday, November 28, 2011 at the Oak Hill Golden Living Center in Middleborough. Beloved wife of the late Ellsworth H. Greenleaf.

Ida was born in Guilford, ME on September 13, 1916 and was a graduate of Guilford High School. She and her husband Ellsworth were married in 1940 at the First Baptist Church in Foxborough. She has been a resident of Middleborough for the past seven years and was a former longtime resident of Foxborough.

Ida enjoyed return visits to her family and friends in Maine. She was an avid reader and at one time was an active member at the Foxborough Senior Center. She was a former babysitter for the Early family and several other families in Foxborough.

Loving mother of Sandra Delano of Middleborough. Devoted grandmother of Paul Delano and his wife Karen of Foxborough, Sara and her husband Timothy Scarfe of Palmer and great grandmother of Andrew, Eleanor and August.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Friday from 10-12 PM at the Roberts & Sons Funeral Home, 30 South St. in Foxborough. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 12 PM. Interment to follow at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
