Anna Marie Foster

North Attleboro-Anna Marie Foster, age 88, died on Monday, December 15, 2008 at the Madonna Manor Nursing Home in North Attleboro. She was the daughter of the late John and Stancy (Betlejeski) Skolsky.

Anna was born in Linden, NJ on July 4, 1920 and graduated from Linden High School in 1938. Anna proudly served her country in the WAAC during WWII. She married her husband Robert on February 24, 1944 at St. Elizabeth’s Church in Linden, NJ.

Anna worked for over 20 years for the Kendall Company in Walpole, retiring in 1985. She was a member of the V.F.W Post 2626 in Foxborough and American Legion Post 93 in Foxborough. She was also active with the Senior Citizen program in Plainville.

Beloved mother of Robert R. Foster of North Attleboro and Patricia A. Sallie of Plainville. Sister of Joseph of AZ and the late Catherine McCarthy, John Jr., William, Eva Krotulis, Ellen Blusewicz and Robert Skolsky. Also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
